Purpose: Sampling for chemical, spectral, and other types of analysis of molten metals.
Application Area: Blast furnace production, oxygen converters, electric arc furnaces, induction furnaces, ladle furnaces, vacuum degassers, steel ladles, etc.
Sampler Type: Sand mold – sample thicknesses of 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm.
Operating Temperature Range (depending on the sampler type): From 800°C to 2020°C.
Sampling Time: From 2 to 5 seconds.
Tube Length: From 100 to 1500 mm (other lengths available upon request).
Slag Cap: Steel, cardboard, aluminum, or without a cap.
Deoxidizer: Without deoxidizer, aluminum, zirconium, titanium.
